• How do I find out which room my bingo buddies
are in?
Easy. Just click "view" and then "visitors"
this will show you a list of all our guests and tell
you what room they are in! If you see your friends
and want to join them, just click on their name to
highlight it, and click "go to room" at
the bottom of the screen. (Players that are highlighted
in black are players that are playing.)

How is the prize money determined?
Each game's cash prize is based on the number of cards
played during games. A percentage goes towards the
prize for the next game and also towards the progressive
jackpots. The more cards played and the more players
playing bingo will increase the prize amount.

I often use the same phrases!
Do I need to retype them each time?
No, you can type in common phrases and the favorite
sayings arrow to get yourself communicating faster.
You do this by clicking "options" then "my
favorite sayings", once in here you type in as
many phrases as you like, one below the next, and
click ok.
To use them, click the down arrow to the right of
your talk text-typing box and they will appear, just
click on the line you want to use and press enter.

A bubble is a speech bubble that will appear above
your personality when you have typed a message in
the “talk bar” and hit “enter”.
This is a way for you to communicate with your fellow

do is "double click" on their Bingo Liner (person)
and start typing!
You will notice the word "chatting" will be written
on you, so other people can see you are talking? This

• How can I withdraw

All withdrawals of £20 or greater may be withdrawn by clicking on the 'Cashin' button in the Banking section of the site, and following the instructions given. All other withdrawals must be requested by email to cashin@bingoliner.co.uk
Upon cash-in your winnings we will be refunded via your main method of purchase in the last 30 days where possible, eg Mastercard, VISA, Solo, Switch, Neteller, Maestro or Click2Pay.
All purchases made with pre-paid MasterCard or MasterCard registered outside UK will need to be refunded to either Visa Card, Solo. Switch, Maestro, Neteller or Click2Pay. Please send your registered Neteller or Click2Pay account details to cashin@bingoliner.co.uk Please allow 5-10 working days for your cashin to reflect on your Visa, Solo, Maestro or Switch cards.

Can you transfer the money

How long does it take to
receive my winnings?
Your withdrawal request is pending from the time that you issue an instruction to the Cash-in department to make such withdrawal until the withdrawal is confirmed at the close of business for that day, which can be up to 24 hours later. The processing date is determined at the time the withdrawal is confirmed.
Neteller cash-outs will reflect in your Neteller account within 24 hours after processing or we will pay you an EXTRA 10%!
