Cash In Information

Your Cashin will be refunded to your primary deposit method used in the last 30 days.

We are unable to refund to Prepaid Mastercards / Non UK Mastercards, therefore we require an alternative method and proof of identity to process your cashin, ideally Neteller or Click2Play

Proof of identity will be required only once, when either of the following occurs:
1. Cashin is not refunded back to the method of purchase (e.g. Prepaid Mastercards / Non UK Mastercards or requests from players); or
2. Cashin amount is £250 or greater; or
3. Total number of Cashins exceed four to date.

Proof of Identity:
- A copy of the front and back of your Credit Cards used in the last 30 days.
- A copy of suitable identification (e.g. Drivers License or Passport)
- A utility bill reflecting your name and address (Gas, water, phone, electricity etc)

All withdrawals of £20 or greater may be withdrawn by clicking on the 'Cashin' button in the Banking section of the application, and following the instructions given. All other withdrawals must be requested by email to:
